Over the past few years, Hidden Tempo has primarily been known for helping e-commerce brands scale through:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • Subscriptions

  • Loyalty

Retention continues to be our core focus.

But something interesting happened as we worked with more brands:

Many clients began asking us to support creative strategy, ad creative, and paid media alongside retention.

In many cases, we quietly took that work on internally over the past couple years.

The brands performing best today are no longer treating acquisition and retention as separate functions.

They’re treating them as one integrated growth system since:

  • Acquisition affects retention quality

  • Retention affects CAC efficiency

  • Creative affects lifecycle performance

  • Lifecycle affects blended ROAS and LTV

So while Hidden Tempo has offered ad creative and media buying work in the past for select partners and clients, we’re now formally expanding those services as part of our core offerings.

Hidden Tempo is now officially taking on select clients for:

  • Ad creative

  • Creative strategy

  • Paid social creative systems

  • Media buying

  • Lifecycle + acquisition alignment

  • Retention-focused paid media strategy

What we’re offering

We build high converting ads rooted in the principles of direct response marketing, including:

  • Long-form direct response creatives

  • UGC-style and founder led creatives

  • AI-based creatives

  • Static ads (supplemented with high converting landing pages such as advertorials)

  • Mini and long-form VSLs and storytelling-based creatives

What’s next

Over the next year, we’ll be:

  • Publishing more creative + retention research

  • Sharing more teardown content

  • Attending more e-commerce events

  • Hosting partner dinners

  • Expanding our work across the full customer journey

Still heavily focused on:

  • Klaviyo

  • Retention systems

  • CRM strategy

  • Email + SMS

…but now with a more integrated growth offering around creative and acquisition as well.

Excited for what’s ahead.
